1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of maxisastrology.com.tr, operated by [Mihriban Öztürk / business name] ("Maxis"). By using the Platform you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Platform.
2. The Service
Maxis provides astrological calculation tools, (planned) AI-assisted interpretations, blog content, and one-to-one consultations. Calculations rely on high-precision ephemeris data; astrological interpretation is, by its nature, interpretive.

5. Intellectual Property
The Platform's design, text, software, brand (including the "Maxis Astrology" name and logo), and original content belong to Maxis and are protected by intellectual-property law. Calculations are produced using licensed astronomical calculation libraries. Except for personal use, unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.
6. Paid Services and Subscriptions
Prices for paid features (Plus/Pro subscriptions, reports, consultations) are shown clearly at purchase. Subscriptions renew at the end of each period unless cancelled; you may cancel anytime from your account, effective at period end. Given the digital nature of the services, withdrawal/refund terms are set out in the [Refund Policy] in accordance with consumer law.
7. Limitation of Liability
